Terms & Conditions

    1. Triton will only confirm the Charter flight after receipt of payment of the Charter Price as
      advised on the Invoice. The payment may be completed by bank transfer to Triton’s bank
      account as advised on the associated invoice or by Client Credit Card.
    2. Charter Price includes all passenger taxes, airport and passenger duties, landing, handling,
      VIP catering, and parking fees.
    3. Charter Price does not include onboard Satcom or Wi-Fi.
    4. Any royalties, non- objection fees, custom duties, taxes, levies or charges assessed or
      imposed by any authority on the carriage, embarkation or disembarkation of passengers or
      ground transportation of passengers and their baggage, de-icing where incurred (including
      any positioning sector required to perform the Flight Schedule), specific catering
      requirements beyond Triton’s standard catering shall be paid by the Client on demand and, if
      paid by Triton, shall be reimbursed without delay by the Client.
    5. Any additional costs arising out of any en-route changes or delays that may arise due to
      Client or Client’s passengers change requirements or delays shall be payable by the Client to
      Triton’s Bank Account or by Client’s Credit Card, in addition to the Charter Price.
    6. Triton has prepared the Flight Schedule to take account of relevant statutory and other official
      flight time limitation requirements.
    7. Triton’s performance of the Flight schedule shall at all times be subject to suitable, legal and
      safe operating conditions including weather, airport operating hours, crew duty limitations,
      airport and airspace slot coordination, landing and handling clearances. Hence, confirmed
      flight times can change.
    8. Triton reserves the right to accept or refuse changes in routing and schedule.

 

    Refund Policy

    • If flight booking is cancelled after confirmation, 80% of Charter price will be refunded.
    • If flight booking is cancelled 14‐3 days before departure: 50% of Charter price will be refunded.
    • If flight booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before departure: no refund will be done.

    Privacy Policy

    Triton Aviation Limited is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our clients,
    employees, partners, and other individuals in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation
    (NDPR) 2019. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data
    when you engage with any of our services.
    We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of
    personal data, including Access controls, Data encryption, and Regular security audits.
    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational
    changes.

      1. We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
        – Identity Data: Full name, gender, nationality, passport details, national ID, driver’s license.
        – Contact Data: Phone number, Lead Passenger’s email address, Lead passenger’s residential
        address.
        – Flight Data: Travel itinerary, departure and arrival airports, special requests, passenger
        manifest.
        – Financial Data: Payment card details, billing address, and transaction history.
        – Health Data: Medical information relevant to flight safety (only when necessary and with
        explicit consent).
      2. We collect and process your personal data for the following lawful purposes:
        – To provide and manage charter flight, ground handling and aircraft management services.
        – To comply with aviation safety and security regulations.
        – For billing, invoicing, and accounting purposes.
        – To communicate with clients regarding flight details and client service.
        – To maintain operational safety and emergency readiness.
        – For record-keeping, legal and regulatory compliance with the regulations of the Nigeria Civil
        Aviation Authority (NCAA).
      3. We may share your personal data with:
        – Aviation Regulatory bodies such as Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), the Federal
        Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), the Accidents Investigation Bureau (AIB).
        – Law enforcement or customs/immigration agencies: the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) and
        the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS).
        – Third-party service providers such as ground handlers.
        – Financial institutions and payment processors.
        – Legal or professional advisers.
      4. We do our best to ensure all third parties adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection
        standards.
